What we collect

Account info (email, display name) for artists. Booking info (client name + contact, idea description, reference photos) for each booking that flows through ArtistSpot. Payment metadata via Stripe — we never store full card numbers on our servers.

Who sees it

Artists see their own clients' bookings. Clients see only their own bookings. We don't sell data. We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (image hosting), Mapbox (geocoding), and Clerk (auth) as subprocessors.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give your mobile number when booking, you may receive appointment-related texts (booking confirmations, reminders, and aftercare) from the artist via ArtistSpot. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing— your mobile information is used only to deliver the appointment messages you opted into.

How you opt in.SMS is never sent unless you ask for it. When booking, you may check an optional box (unchecked by default) that reads: “Text me ArtistSpot appointment updates (confirmations & reminders) at the number above. Optional — msg & data rates may apply, message frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” The box links to our Terms and this Privacy Policy; only clients who check it receive texts. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or reply HELP / email support@artistspot.app for help.

Your rights

Delete your account anytime via support@artistspot.app. Deletion removes all artist + client data within 30 days, excepting payment records we're required to retain for tax reporting.
