The deal

You use ArtistSpot to run your tattoo booking. We charge a flat $2.99 processing fee per booking (added to the client's checkout, not deducted from your earnings) plus an optional subscription for advanced features. Cancel anytime.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform for legitimate tattoo booking. No fraud, no abuse, no work that violates local laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the platform.

Payments + refunds

Deposits are governed by your stated cancellation policy. Refunds you initiate go back to the client's original card. Platform fees on canceled bookings are not refunded.

Text messaging

By providing your mobile number when booking, you consent to receive appointment-related SMS (confirmations, reminders, and aftercare) from the artist via ArtistSpot. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.

Liability

ArtistSpot is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it running, but our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
